We partner with UPS, USPS and Amazon Logistics for purchases. Most of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bordentown, NJ while some might be fulfilled from overseas. All orders have a 1 business day processing time at our warehouse before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive within 6-10 business days.

WHERE DOES KNOMO.US DELIVER?

U.S. and Canada: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International: We ship to most EU countries, South Asia and Australia.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs. We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
