How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 12 hours to process regular orders. U.S. customers will receive their orders around 6-8 business days from the shipment date.
Customers outside of the U.S. normally receive their orders around 10-14 business days from the shipment date.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You can return your KNOMO product within 30 days of receiving your order for full priced items.

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period.

All final sale items are yours to keep. 

Do your products have a warranty?


Our bag items, interior organization products, and backpacks are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues in your first year on the road together, we’ll fix or replace it. 

Repairs & Warranty Claims

If you feel your KNOMO product has developed a fault, please get in touch with us by email at help@knomo.us. Please provide a photo of the fault and your proof of purchase.

If after inspecting your KNOMO product, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. This is subject to our product warranty. 

If we are unable to repair your KNOMO, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.

How do I make a return?

It’s easy—head to our contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. 

If you purchased your Knomo from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.

Where are the items made?

Our products are sourced globally. They may originate from Cambodia, China, or Vietnam. All our materials pass the highest standards of ethical and sustainable production set forth in codes certified by international organizations such as SGS.

Do you use vegan leather?

We chose real cow leather over vegan leather because over 95% of vegan leathers are made from PU (polyurethane) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which are plastic-based materials. These synthetic materials are frequently produced using toxic chemical additives and they are less durable than real leather.

As a result, consumers tend to discard them more quickly, exacerbating the issue of growing landfill waste worldwide.

Real leather is a superior, more environmentally-friendly and sustainable choice that lasts longer. Although vegan leather may seem like the more ethical and eco-friendly option, in reality most varieties create more pollution and end up in landfills more rapidly. For these reasons, we decided to use real cow leather in our products.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free ground on all orders over $60 to the contiguous US. We ship with UPS or USPS. 

Where will my order be shipped from?

Most US orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse while some are fulfilled from overseas. Non-US orders are normally fulfilled by our nearest distibution centre.

How to make changes to your order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of submitting payment.

To submit a request, complete the Contact Us form and we will respond as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees. Please be advised that any requests for order changes may not be processed if submitted past the 12 hour time-frame.
